Prolong Super Lubricants PSL11100 8 oz Engine Treatment Booster

Prolong Engine Treatment uses advanced AFMT™ technology to protect the metal surfaces in both gasoline and diesel engines. As the motor oil circulates, the molecules within Prolong's Engine Treatment bond with all metal surfaces within the engine, forming a protective layer that drastically reduces friction and heat while operating. This is especially important for smaller modern day engines that run hotter, along with vehicles that are equip with a "stop/start" feature.

Prolong Engine Treatment also is highly effective under extreme operating pressure where metal-to-metal contact can typically push motor oil away due to high RPM operation. By adhering to metal surfaces, Prolong Engine Treatment continues to protect your engine even when the oil is no longer circulating. 

Unlike other Engine treatments, Prolong Engine Treatment contains no solid particles like PTFE resins, Molys, Zinc, Copper, or Graphite. Simply put, after years of product testing, no product reduces friction and heat within your engine as effectively as Prolong Engine Treatment.

***The 8-oz. Prolong Engine Treatment Booster is designed for use after the initial application of the 12-oz. Prolong Engine Treatment. Here’s how it works:***

1. First Application: Use the 12-oz. Engine Treatment for your first use. This size is perfect for engines with up to 5 quarts of oil.

2. Subsequent Applications: When you change your oil, about 35%-40% of the Engine Treatment stays inside the engine, and 60%-65% drains out with the old oil.

3. Replenishing: To replenish the treatment, use the 8-oz. Booster. This size is 60% of the original 12-oz. treatment, making it perfect to restore the treatment level to its maximum.

The 8-oz. Booster contains the same high-quality formula as the 12-oz. treatment but is sized for convenient reapplication, which is more cost effective, with out sacrificing protection.
